A dry sparkling wine, straw-coloured with shades of green. Intensely perfumed with strong notes of pear, with the slightly sour and distinctive flavour of Lambrusco. Obtained from the vinification and fermentation in white of red grapes, it is a young wine to drink when nice and cool.
