This wine is the result of a monitored maceration of the grape skins kept at low temperature for 4/5 days.

Characterised by a decisive ruby colour with violet tinges, its aroma is distinguished by blackberry, raspberry and blueberry notes. Its flavour is embracing, pleasant and fresh, soft and not overly tannic.
