GONZAGA, THE WINERY
The Gonzaga Winery is a cooperative of winegrowers founded in 1928 on the initiative of a small group of winemakers who at the time grew around 2,000 quintals of grapes. Owing to trust and great perseverance, today, the Gonzaga Winery counts around 100 members who cultivate more than 30,000 quintals of grapes to produce the DOC and IGT Lambrusco Mantovano. The Winery’s main aim, however, has remained the same throughout the years: to produce genuine and quality wines, thanks to its short distribution chain and thriving connection with the local area.
